Deputy Program Director 
Our Utah Team is growing! We are seeking a Deputy Program Director to work within a large scale aviation program, overseeing a major program, managing the program delivery team. Will typically manage $1 to $10 million dollar fee accounts and 10 to 50 staff while maintaining a personal chargeability in excess of 75% or at a rate designated by regional management

Responsibilities

Manages program delivery for $1 to $10 million dollar fee account

 

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field, plus 15 years relevant experience

-Must have experience managing a program or project of at least $1 million, and have the ability to manage multidiscipline projects or a very large single project.

-Must have the ability to develop and implement systems to monitor service and production for major clients.

-Must have the ability to organize information and data to anticipate/identify
major trends, problems and obstacles

-Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision making abilities.

-Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
