Job Descriptions:

· Undertake financial assessment of large-scale land, infrastructure and property development projects (pre-development) for key investors in China;

· Work closely with the land use, real estate and infrastructure teams to determine the optimal development potential and investment return.

Requirements:

· At least 8 years post-qualification experience;

· Previously in a similar role with land surveying, planning, real estate, finance or management consultancy, or property developers and investors;

· Location: Shenzhen/Shanghai/Shenzhen/Hong Kong.
