Document Management Specialist

SNC Lavalin is currently seeking to recruit a Document Management Specialist to be based in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain files in hard copy and by way of an Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) for all formal documents associated with the Contracts.

• Organize all files using a standardized file index system in accordance with Consultant’s document management procedure.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable education institution.

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical and technical skills.

• Excellent and creative problem-solving skills.
