We are recruiting for an Engineering Manager working in our Major Projects division which is a growing division in our business aiming to offer EPC solutions to our clients on some of the most exciting projects globally.

The Engineering Manager will:

• Have excellent communication skills and motivated by working within a dynamic and diverse project delivery environment.
• Enjoy turning their hand to new challenges and will be keen to learn, whilst also wanting to support others within our multi-disciplinary teams.
• Be used to working on EPC projects and highly regulated environments such as Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas as some examples and understand this way of working.
• Be able to motivate yourself and teams, deal with conflict and create a collaborative team culture to meet client requirements.
• Be willing to travel within the UK and willing to work flexibly with occasional out of hours work to accommodate project and client requirements.

Join us as an Engineering Manager in our Nuclear division, the most prominent nuclear new-build organisation in the UK. You'll lead and oversee teams across significant atomic projects, keeping the world powered more sustainably. Working closely with colleagues, clients, stakeholders and contractors, you'll also enjoy opportunities to mentor colleagues while progressing your career upward.
