Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design specifications of ADNOC and TRANSCO

  • Familiar with ADNOC Onshore/Offshore HSE, construction and administrative requirements

  • Co-ordination and knowledge of Permits/NOCs involved in execution of Site activities.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD and other software

  • Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.

  • Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of the UAE Building Code, safety regulations and standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and management skills.

  • Active role in Site inspections for civil construction material and review of Shop drawings

  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications.

  • Monitor work schedules and recommend mitigation measures as needed to meet project deadlines!

  • Supervise and monitor detailed documentation of all site construction activities.

  • Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes.

  • Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources.

  • Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills

  • Active listening and verbal/written communication skills

  • Dedication to implement new concepts and strategies.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction or industrial buildings

  • Minimum 6-8 years of Construction experience in 132kV, 400kV substations and HV/EHV cable laying projects

  • Experienced in ADNOC and TRANSCO projects.

  • Experienced as construction supervision Consultant.
