This role will be based in Toronto, ON.

Your role within the team:

• Audit Contractor’s final project deliverables to meet Client requirements prior to submitting the construction closeout package to Client.
• Coordinate with stakeholders daily to ensure that all closeout procedures and timelines are being met.
• Verify Contractor’s GCF submission against Contractor’s GCF Checklist making sure all documents provided are complete and in line with the requirements listed on the checklist.
• Review Contractor’s As-built drawings to ensure markups, stamps, signatures, technical deviations are in compliance with TH Standards/ O.Reg 22/04 and CSA-S250. Also, correspond with the Contractor’s final billing (labour and material).
• Perform Material Variance Analysis report for completed projects to ensure that all excess and unused material is being returned to the Client.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to the Contractor for any closeout related violations Prepare GCF closeout report in accordance with Company procedures and templates for each project and gather lessons learned.

The ideal candidate:

• Graduated from a civil or electrical post-secondary engineering or technical program.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems would be an asset and previous co-ordination experience.
• Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Computer skills and familiar with MS Office Suite.
• Superior verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
