Part Time Administrative Assistant
Our Southern California team is growing! If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have at least six months of experience as an Administrative Assistant in an office setting, we would like to connect with you. We are looking for specific experience in clerical duties, the organization of office activities, and managing information which includes correspondence.
This position will be located in our Long Beach, CA office. This person will also act as the office receptionist, who will greet clients, vendors and visitors. We are collaborative, positive and professional. We seek a person who embodies these three traits.
The core hours of the position is 9:00am-03:30pm M-F. There is also an expectation of a flexibility of availability dependent on the demands of the business. The Status of this position is Part Time with an anticipation of an average of 30 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities
• Key Creates and modifies documents utilizing Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Answers phones, screens calls for employee(s)/manager(s) supported.
• Handles all general clerical duties, i.e. photocopying, faxing, filing, mailing.
• Processes outgoing express mail/UPS packages.
• Sets up and coordinates meetings for office staff.
• Processes vendor invoices and employee expense claims to be sent for payment by AP.
• Orders supplies from appropriate vendor at the direction of the Supervisor.
Requirements
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Six months of related experience
• Thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
• Professional demeanor and appearance
