Working with the Project Managers, the primary responsibility is to produce, update and maintain the Integrated Programme in conjunction with the respective accountable engineering discipline leads in line with the project controls strategy and schedule management process.

Responsible for ensuring on time reporting to the project and management team to display control, progress and understanding in the design, procurement and execution phases.


Accountable for:
Produce a compliant programme and agree with relevant accountable discipline leads, Engineering Manager and Project Manager.
Produce a compliant programme detailing any procurement and design prerequisites & dependencies
Sign off on Programme Updates and Communicate issues
Programme Integration Management of sub vendor programmes in various formats
Follow Alliance change management process
Dashboard, Status & KPI Reporting to the Project Manager and where required the client
Monitoring and communication of Critical Paths
Conduct Planning Reviews on a Periodic Basis to ensure compliance to process and procedures
Key Milestone Reporting
Allocation of agreed budgets in programme to produce forecast budget spreads
Ensure programme materials meet the minimum requirement of EWR2 policies and procedure
Produce, Agree and Monitor part of a GRIP 4 or 5 programme.
Ensure relevant budget / cost information is correctly represented in the programme
Ensuring that any programme issues are highlighted and actively pursued to mitigation via the Responsible Manager/discipline leads
Obtain regular progress updates from various discipline engineers and report to the Project Manager.

Requirements:
Minimum of HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline or relevant experience (or for junior level studying towards)
Breadth of experience across whole project and programme lifecycle. (e.g. Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation/Commissioning processes).
Exhibits a good engineering mind and has relevant industry experience in the Power and/or Oil and Gas sector.
Working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation.
Excellent working knowledge of Primavera P6
High level of numeracy and excellent analytical skills.
Excellent MS Office skills, well versed in the preparation of reports and information using packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Exhibits a strong awareness of the level of interaction required with the project team function to support the successful delivery of projects.
The ability to reconcile cost information as it applies to the programmes of work.
Proficient in the interpretation of estimating, scheduling, programming and risk tools.
Proficient in the use of Earned Value Analysis.
Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills working in a team environment.
Good attention to detail with good time management skills.
Excellent communication and presentational skills
