For the planning role within PPS, you will be responsible for:
- Support Planning and Scheduling activities.
- Prepare Project Schedules, Loading Resources & Costs, Schedule Quality Reviews, Baseline Schedules, Scenario Schedules, Report Critical path activities. Supporting both internal and external requirements.
- Extract Primavera Data files and reports to issue to project controls team.
- Monitor and substantiate the progress of work against the planned schedule.
- Prepare Resource requirements Profiles and reports.
- Identification and Explanation of variances between current schedule, plan, earned values and forecasts, and communicate to the Project Controls Manager, Project Manager along with presenting updates to Lead/Manager/Project.
- Ensure proper progress measurement is in place for all projects and portfolios through the whole project cycle.
- Interface with other Project Control Team to maintain integrated cost-schedule project control system.
