Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project delivery of slope engineering projects in stages of Investigation, Design and Construction, including LPMit programme, preventive maintenance programme, DH orders etc.
• Manage team members to undertake desk study, safety screen study, detailed design of slope work.
• Contract procurement and administration of construction contract of slope work.
• Project management of slope engineering projects.
• Set business goal to develop the capability of team members in slope engineering.
• Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and bidding activities.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies in Civil and/or Geotechnical discipline.
• At least 8 years of working experience, of which minimum 5 years in geotechnical design and supervision.
• Design experiences of ground investigation, slope stabilization work and natural terrain hazard mitigation work.
• Experience in managing projects and leading a design team for carrying out slope projects, including LPMit programme and preventive maintenance programme.
• Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Good communication skill in English and Cantonese.
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Principal Engineer.
