Role: Project Architectural Manager - HCMC

Responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:

• Assist Atkins’s international architectural design team in daily design coordination and communication between Atkins HK, other design consultants and the client in Vietnam.

• Assist Atkins’ international architectural design team with local knowledge, common practice, design standards and codes.

• A creative designer with an appreciation of technical delivery. Ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders.

• Fluency in MS Office products or other similar software package.

• Ability to travel within Vietnam to meet with clients when needed.

• Good communication skill in English and Vietnamese (mandatory).

• Report to the country director in Vietnam and Design Director in Hong Kong.

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor’s/ Master degree Architecture. Minimum 5 years of experience is required of incumbents with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Desirable Requirements:

• Graduated from foreign university.

• Experience of working for major international architectural design firms.

• Experience in managing architectural design process from concept design to construction documentation for projects in Vietnam.
