Project Engineer

• Job Description:

Plan and supervise a wide range of activities related to Engineering, Procurement and Construction on large EPC projects from start to finish. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management with 7-10 years of managing integrated delivery (Design-procure-Build) projects; out of which, at least 4 years in Saudi Arabia with leading EPC Contractors . Work assignment would be on an ongoing green field Gas Project which utilizes in house detailed design capabilities and external engineering service providers. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent professional references. The position will be accountable for the performance of every phase of a project including the strategic and tactical planning, directing, supervising, and controlling of all technical, fiscal and administrative contractual functions. Candidate shall be familiar with international standards and practices. We are looking for go getters with high energy levels. Experience on Aramco projects is desirable, though not mandatory.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Construction Management with 7 -10 Years of Experience
• Proven experience as Project Engineer on EPC Project s in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Power Sector Projects of Minimum 100 Million USD
• In-depth understanding of detailed engineering steps, procurement process, construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of Project Management Processes
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
• Build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
