Project Manager (Site based)

Project manager with a minimum 20 years experience in the project management of works on site required to run a high end residential project in Oman.

Required to be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and manage both the works on site and control the commercial aspects of the project.

Ideal candidate to have the following attributes:

  • Qualified Project Manager (PMP certified or similar) or qualified in other construction discipline and can demonstrate successful management of similar projects.

  • High commercial awareness

  • High end residential experience

  • Experience of managing large developments

  • Excellent client management

  • Ability to understand and solve technical and commercial problems on site

  • Oman experience will be highly advantageous

Role:

  • Management of the Atkins site works teams

  • Coordination of the works including liaison with the designers

  • Management of all site resources

  • Full commercial management and accountability for the works

  • Programme review and management

  • Client facing role

  • Site and office based role

  • Assistance with technical matters as required

  • Problem solving
