Team Administrator

PA Role:

• Diary Management
• Booking hotels and travel, arranging visas all other aspects of travel
• Arranging and managing office events

• Organising meetings, taking minutes, distribution of agendas and action
  
  House admin role:

• Providing support to the House Manager in the administration of activities connected with building records and maintenance including statutory compliance, organising contractors, dealing with urgent maintenance and routine compliance.
• Assisting in any office moves / re-arrangement
• Coding and resolving invoices for work
• Liaise with Department heads to agree storage and office requirements and ensuring that there is adequate furniture
• Management and procurement of office and kitchen supplies
• Maintain and improve the overall office appearance, cleanliness and function
• Emergency evacuation co-ordination and planned business continuity activities
• Maintaining and updating the notice boards, including the health and safety board – ensuring that training is up to date and there are the correct number of personnel for fire wardens/first aiders
  
  Project Admin role:
• Providing administrative support to the project teams
• Project data management systems
• Archiving and document management
   

  General Admin/Reception role:

• Dealing with deliveries
• Dealing with post and couriers
• Arranging catering for meetings
• Booking conference rooms
• Organising taxis for visitors 
• Sign visitors in and advise host of their arrival
