·         Managing real estate and general contracting projects in the Property business by Creating, Documenting and Implementing processes to increase accountability efficiency, quality and profitability.

·         Extensive commercial experience and an in-depth knowledge of the global BIM industry.

·         The candidate should have participated in the development of more than 10 commercial software products and a thorough knowledge of development tools and procedures.

·         As a BIM professional, he has to demonstrate proven methods of making the design process more efficient through use of innovation and automation.

·         The right candidate should be a strong communicator who uses his persuasive skills to drive the change bring about by BIM in the traditional design approaches.

·         He should be a self starter and proactively drive the implementation of BIM through development of skilled professionals in the team, leading Learning and Development and keep the skills of the team at par with latest industry demands.
