We are seeking a Waste Management Technical Assistant Energy.  This position is based out of our Idaho Falls, ID office.

How will you contribute to the team?  

• Provides technical and administrative support to the Waste Management organization using standard office equipment, corporate systems, processes, policies and procedures.  Performs accounting, financial duties, record keeping, technical research, and waste data tracking.

• Prepares purchase orders

• Prepares invoices

• Performs research of waste disposition options and vendors

• Assists in the tracking and documentation of waste inventories and disposition.

• Enters and retrieves waste characterization data in various databases.

• Creates databases and spreadsheets as required.

• Assists management in the tracking and trending a various project metrics (safety, quality, training)

• Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

What will you contribute?  

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.

• College or technical education preferred.

• Experience with purchase orders and invoicing preferred.

• Requires strong multitasking skills, and strong time management skills.

• Requires computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize workload.

• Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered.
