What is your role at AtkinsRéalis?

Responsible for attracting talent for our Infrastructure team. My role is to provide full lifecycle recruitment delivery. Working with the business to identify and define the resource requirements and work with the team to establish the effective recruitment strategies to meet the requirement. In Parallel provide best candidate experience.

Global Talent Acquisition SME professional with 12 years of experience in all aspects of TA functions ranging from Requirement gathering, Stakeholder management, People development, Process Improvement, Employee Engagement. I am a huge people-person, which inspired me get into Recruitment and spent several years in mentoring and leading teams. I’m more interested in finding people careers, rather than simply jobs. I am always striving to learn new things and built strong, long term relationship with candidates and stakeholders alike.
