We are seeking a Accommodation Coordinator

An Accommodation Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation facilities within the company. They are responsible for ensuring that the accommodation facilities of two projects between Jeddah, Mecca and Medina are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for all residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accommodation facilities.
  • Search, find accommodation or any type of facilities required in the company as per the QHSE guidelines and standards.
  • Negotiate lease or rent agreements with landlord for all the required facilities in the company.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with accommodation providers to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of accommodation bookings and expenses
  • Ensure that all accommodation facilities are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
  • Manage bookings and reservations, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated to the relevant parties
  • Coordinate and schedule necessary repairs and maintenance work with external contractors.
  • Inspect and evaluate the condition of the accommodation facilities on a regular basis.
  • Manage and coordinate the allocation of accommodation units to employees.
  • Ensure that all staff members are following proper cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Address and resolve any accommodation-related issues or complaints from residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accommodation facilities.
  • Ensure that all accommodation facilities are compliant with QHSE guidelines and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards

Preferred Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Kingdom.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Saudi National
