In response to growing work, we are continuing to recruit acousticians to our Acoustics, Noise and Vibration business, with a history of more than 50 years in consultancy.
 

The Role

We look forward to hearing from acoustic consultants to be based in our Bristol office.  You will be working on interesting and varied infrastructure, buildings and environmental projects in the UK and overseas.

Working as an integral part of the Acoustics team, you will be building up your experience and expertise on multi-disciplinary projects and advising clients. Through working closely with an experienced team, you will be mentored to develop your working knowledge of the relevant Design Standards and Guidelines and gain relevant experience of acoustic monitoring techniques and modelling software.

Requirements

The ideal applicant would have: 

• Qualifications to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field;

• Membership of the Institute of Acoustics at appropriate level;

• Good understanding of analytical methods and relevant assessment standards; 

• Strong inter-personal skills to work collaboratively as part of a wider team of professionals;

• Ability to manage own time and workload;

• Demonstrable experience gained in the consultancy environment
