We are urgently seeking to recruit high-calibre staff to join our Architecture Department.

Architect

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Feasibility Study, Concept Design, Scheme Design, Statutory Submission, Production of Documentation and providing support on Contract Administration.
• Responsible for the Coordination of project in the multi-disciplinary environment.
• Report to the Senior Architect / Associate on a regular basis regarding drawing design development, design queries, and design coordination issues.
• To conduct yourself professionally at all times.
• To keep abreast of the latest software enhancements to increase productivity and to share this knowledge with colleagues.
• To actively strive to improve your skills in design by looking for opportunities to further prove yourself whenever you see such opportunities arise.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum B.Arch, M.Arch, B.Sc in Architecture, Diploma in Architecture (min 5 to 6 years of university study) and with more than 3 years post graduate experience.
• Professional Qualifications HKIA and registration ARB HK.
• Working knowledge of codes and regulations, with minimum 2 years working experience of statutory submissions in HK.
• Hong Kong New Building and / or A&A Works experience is essential.
• Having Railway project experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of the following software is imperative: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, Microstation as well as MS Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
