As one of our Quantity Surveyors, you'll deliver high-quality expertise that positively impacts society, the economy, and the environment. Your Purpose:

• Preparing cost plans for construction projects.
• Creating tender documents.
• Preparing construction budgets.
• Assist Senior QS in management of construction costs for projects, including monthly payments, value and risk management, assessment of contractual claims, change management and final accounts.
• Monthly cost reporting to the client.
• Preferable, experience in Cost Management services across infrastructure (Rail, Highways, Water & other utilities, Aviation)

What you can bring?

• Relevant third level qualification.
• Experience with NEC 3/4 Contracts.
• Experience in Cost Management services across infrastructure (Rail, Highways, Water & other utilities, Aviation)
