1. 重点大学旅游管理、旅游规划、地理学、产业经济、区域经济等研究方向硕士以上学历，有海外学习或工作经验

2. 在相关行业有8年以上的工作经验，与城市规划、项目开发等相关专业有过合作经验，能够独立管理项目成果的完整提交

3. 有景区、主题公园、大型娱乐项目运营管理经验

4. 具有较强业务拓展能力，并有一定的团队管理经验

5. 流利的英语交流和书面报告能力
