Due to business growth we are looking for an exceptional Associate Director to join our expanding Project Controls team in our London Infrastructure team. The individual will play a key role in supporting the growth of our team through delivering and winning work with existing clients and growing our portfolio.

Our projects range in value from £20m+ to £20Bn+ with a variety of high profile clients giving our team a diverse and exciting workload across the infrastructure, transportation and industry sectors.

Based in our London office and reporting to the responsible Director you will contribute to and drive the business plan for the team. With a solid track record in Project Controls.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver project controls services on major infrastructure projects
• Manage projects accounts
• Manage and plan resources
• Drive business development activity
• Recruit and retain talent
• Contribute towards a professional and positive working environment



Requirements:

• A recognised diploma or degree in an engineering discipline, in construction management or be qualified by experience
• Extensive delivery experience of project controls/planning services
• Proficient user of Project/Programme Management methodologies and tools such as Primavera P6/MS Project
• A background in the construction industry would be desirable
• An ability to develop client relationships and generate business development opportunities in conjunction with the Head of Project Controls
• Flexibility on being office or client site based
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office applications, with a major focus on Excel)
• Good numerical, analytical and literacy skills with a strong attention to detail.

Please note that we will relocate from our current London office in Euston Tower to the Nova North building in Victoria in the first quarter of 2019.
