Bus Operation Expert

SNC Lavalin Infrastructure MENA, a business unit of SNC-Lavalin, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Bus Operations Expert to be based in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee the start of operations through all the phases of the Bus and ITS contractor’s activities.

• Verify and meet all the contractual requirements.

• Ensure that best practices are being followed for the start of the operations, station and depot inspections and the ongoing day to day delivery of a safety and excellence in passenger service.

• Attend on a 24/7 basis for incidents, accidents and emergencies that may occur on the project.

• Supervise the OCC bus operations and coordinate special situations like crisis coordination, disaster recovery, etc.

• Present reports to RCRC on punctuality, kilometers, and all required KPI reports.

• Compare operational data from ITS systems and inspections prior to issuing the reports to RCRC.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable education institution.

• Minimum of  10 years of technical and management
  experience.

• Strong transportation technical background - essential.
