Our portfolio comprises a broad range of project types, including hospitality, office, commercial, transport, residential, retail and regeneration and civic projects. Ranging from small heritage buildings to massive complex mixed-use projects and large scale master plans.

We are urgently seeking to recruit high-calibre staff to join our Team.

Business Development / Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• assist the directors and business development team with formulating business development proposal and bid document production;

• supporting in Managing, strengthening and growing a portfolio of APAC clients by good client communication and maintaining relationships

• Occasionally take up graphic design work and maintain quality of marketing material;

• maintain and keep up-to-date the client relationship management database (CRM);

• client liaison on business development matters;

• Report directly to the directors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or Architectural related discipline;

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, with some exposure to Architectural industry;

• Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must;

• Experience with operating in a multi-cultural organisation is preferred;

• Occasional travel may be required.
