Facilities Manager

• Manages the technical team at SAR projects all locations
• Manages the helpdesk team and ensure all helpdesk reports are accurate and are produced on time
• Ensures contract’s KPIs are met
• Responds in timely manner to emergencies
• Communicates efficiently with the client and subcontractors and keeps records for all communications
• Prepares and manages SOPs (O&M, helpdesk, assets capturing, reporting, etc.)
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports and other operational reports and presentations as requested
• Manages hard services and soft services subcontractors
• Participates in contracts review and preparation
• Prepares PPM plans
• Prepares maintenance checklists
• Responsible for meeting the operations budget
• Coordinates and follows up with procurement department to ensure materials/services are delivered on time
• Coordinates with the client to finalize monthly performance evaluations
• Coordinates with the finance department to make sure invoices are submitted on time to the client
• Provides monthly financial reports showing subcontractors deductions and claimable amounts
• Coordinates with the QHSE team to ensure health and safety measures are always implemented
• Introduces innovative solutions to perform the services
• Manages the client and ensures client expectations are met
• Visits all sites regularly and follows up on team’s requirements
• Performs other technical and operational tasks as assigned by the director of operations
• Complete monthly PPM activities as per PPM plan
• Ensure reactive maintenance tasks are attended and closed as per contract KPIs
• Ensure monthly evaluation is completed on time
• Submit evaluation, deduction, carryforward and claimable amounts to finance department on time
• Ensure subcontractors are meeting contractual KPIs
• Provide proper feedback and support to the director of operations

Qualifications:

• Electrical engineering degree
• 10 years + (7 years + in FM)
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• MS office (Word, Excel, power point, MS project)
