Graduate Engineer 2025

At AtkinsRéalis, we aim to inspire young people and encourage you to consider a career in the engineering sector. We identify participants for our graduate programmes through a formal recruitment process. 

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Degree holder or above in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Transport, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or related discipline;

  • Attain GPA 3 or above or equivalent;

  • Attain HKDSE English Grade “3” or above, or equivalent;

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese or Putonghua; and

  • Possess an enquiring mind and a proactive approach to tasks.
