The Atkins Resourcing Centre of Expertise has a vacancy for a HR Analyst role to support UK Region. Working within the in-house Life cycle management team you will be responsible for updating the systems with all employee related information by using Oracle / People Soft / SAP and good knowledge with ticketing tool will be added advantage.

 

The role will provide an opportunity to work with a range of Atkins’ businesses and will be focussed on supporting UK Life cycle management team, ensuring that:

  • Services provided are in line with Atkins’ Life Cycle processes and business needs from HR Analyst role
  • Standards of best practice and legal regulation are complied with
  • Follow defined process and look for improvisation in the process

 

Requirements 


The ideal candidate will have proven record in maintaining employee data in an Analyst Role. Having functional knowledge in People soft is an added advantage. Attention to details is very much important for the candidate. Good communication to interact with the team and the onshore. Candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • The capability to plan and schedule work in line with changing priorities
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office – Excel, Word and Outlook, People soft and any ticketing tool
  • Ability to work with high volume workload and tight deadlines
  • Experience of using recruitment management systems is advantageous
  • Customer focused with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • A strong sense of attention to detail with a focus on service delivery
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation, gained through either studies or practical experience would be highly regarded



 

 Responsibilities

 

The activities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Provide operational day to day support to Employee data changes
  • Develop understanding of the end to end processes and apply these in a consistent manner
  • Attention to details is a must.
  • Understanding of systems like Oracle / People Soft / SAP will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Work, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good Communication skills
  • Respond to queries from internal and external customers in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Life cycle processes implementing changes when required
  • Escalate issues and blockages to the relevant Leads in order that resolutions can be sought
