Location - North York & Toronto, ON

Your role within the team:

• Audit and verify Electrical Distribution Construction performed by Construction Contractors is built to Utility standards.
• Complete desk top audits and prepare site logs with photos of daily work activities, maintain test records.
• Verify compliance to EUSR, Utility Standards, OHSA, applicable Regulations and Guidelines (e.g. MTO Book 7, City MCR, etc.).
• Issue Safety Non-Conformance reports for violations of EUSR, UWPC, safe work practices, procedures or regulatory requirements.
• Track construction progress and verify work units for monthly Billing and Change Orders initiated by Contractors.
• Report any public / Customer complaints including Customer trust violations or property damage.
• Perform desk top final walk review to ensure scope of work completed and ready for intended service and verify Contractor’s Close-Out documentation.
• Chair preconstruction meetings close out meetings and contractor biweekly meetings.
• Assist Close out team during busy times through the year or vacation coverage.
