Landscape Architect

Responsibilities:

• Manages the design of various projects including day to day coordination with project team members
• Develops and creates high quality and innovative concept designs
• Prepares preliminary and detailed design drawings and documentation including technical specifications and construction detailing
•  Selects and recommends landscape materials and palette for hardscape, softscape and site furniture based on local knowledge/experience of materials
• Assists in developing concept and detailed master plan focused on public realm design and strategies
• Ability to manage and execute a project from concept through to construction documentation
•  Strong graphics and presentation skills in both hand sketches and digital program/software
• Attend client presentations and meetings including internal team meetings and workshops
•  Ability to multi-tasks in a fast-paced working environment

Skills and Qualifications:

•  A degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
• 5-7 years of working experience in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Master Planning profession
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in ME
• Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
•  Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Sketch Up, Lumion, Microsoft Office)
•  Basic to intermediate skills in Revit is an advantage
