We are seeking a Lead Planning Engineer .

Location: KSA (Al Ula/ Dammam/Riyadh)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: AtkinsRéalis is seeking a qualified Lead Panning Engineer with 16+years of on-site experience in stadium projects within the Mixed use/Building/Infra sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to create and monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout all project phases.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to address and mitigate them effectively.
  • Regularly assess project progress against established timelines and milestones, promptly addressing any delays or deviations.
  • Implement robust quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the highest standards and adheres to all relevant regulations and codes.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide timely and accurate project status reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and project milestones.
  • Oversee the preparation and administration of contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring all parties comply with contractual obligations.

     

Essential Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
  • 16 years of post-graduate experience with prior GCC experience
  • Extensive experience working with project management consultancies
  • Previous experience in Project Controls, Planning, Forensic Delay Analysis, Claims and Project Management
  • Good knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle for construction projects in respect to project controls, planning, risk, cost and schedule control
  • Good knowledge of the design process and construction methodologies
  • Experienced Project Controls professional with good technical skills (i.e. critical path, earned value, etc)
  • Experience in the application of Primavera P6
