Job Title: Lead Project Controls Manager

Description:

Faithful+Gould, Inc. has an opening for a Lead Project Controls Manager working in San Francisco, California. Responsible for managing project controls for large construction projects and ensuring that established procedures for baseline schedule and cost control budgets are implemented by team. Monitor project progress, track actual expenditures, and report monthly cost forecasts/reports. Analyze status data and trends, presenting monthly reviews to senior management. Has overall responsibility for project cost control, project cost management, and project controls staff. Provide forecasts, consolidate and analyze profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization across practice. Oversee the negotiation of contract pricing and business development, as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Construction Science, plus three (3) years of experience as a cost analyst or cost manager performing contract and project management services, such as cost controls, scheduling, procurement, and analysis of materials, costs, contracts, risks and data, for projects within the commercial or industrial construction management industry with budgets in excess of US $5 million, at least one year of which involved providing full procurement and project control services to commercial managers working on real estate projects.
