Faithful+Gould are looking for a Logistics Manager - Security & Signage in Jeddah, KSA. This role will have full oversight of the site wide logistics strategy.

As a Logistics Security and Signage professional, your job description may vary depending on the industry and organization you work for. However, in general, your responsibilities may include:

Logistics Security:

  • Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the movement of goods, materials, and personnel throughout the supply chain.

  • Conducting risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and gaps in logistics security.

  • Implementing security measures such as access controls, surveillance systems, and security screening procedures to prevent theft, sabotage, and other security breaches.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, transportation, and warehousing, to ensure logistics security is integrated into all aspects of the supply chain.

  • Training and educating employees on logistics security protocols and procedures.

  • Investigating security incidents and developing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

  • Monitoring and analyzing security trends, threats, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Signage:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing signage solutions to support logistics operations and ensure efficient movement of goods.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including operations, transportation, and warehouse teams, to understand their signage needs and requirements.

  • Creating and maintaining signage standards and guidelines, including visual and messaging consistency, to ensure a unified approach.

  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for signage production, installation, and maintenance.

  • Conducting regular inspections of signage to ensure they are properly installed, functioning correctly, and meeting the organization's standards.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving signage-related issues to minimize disruptions to logistics operations.

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to signage and making recommendations for improvements or upgrades.

Overall, as a Logistics Security and Signage professional, you would play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of logistics operations by implementing effective security measures and designing and maintaining signage solutions that support safe and smooth movement of goods within the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in GCC/KSA
