KSA has embarked one of the most ambitious transformation journeys in recent history. In the past 18 months, the Government has proven its commitment to economic and social reform in order to achieve the long-term goals that have been set out in Vision 2030. This national transformation journey is being implemented at an unprecedented speed, the entire region is on the verge of a massive digital disruption, all while oil prices remain volatile and the diversification into non-oil revenue remains the priority.

Acuity’s continued success means our advisory team is expanding and are looking to add high-performing advisory consultants to our KSA team aligned to our four people pillars.



Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in management consulting or corporate finance advisory
  • Strong background in corporate finance and economics, in particular financial feasibility and market assessments
  • Knowledge of Islamic finance and Saudi regulation
  • Exposure to real-estate and property sectors
  • Arabic speaking preferred
  • Strong project management skills, including multidisciplinary teams from financial and engineering backgrounds
  • Planning, including resourcing, upfront workplans and project management toolkits
  • Lead the delivery and execution of project program, closely managing team members day-to-day activities as well as interaction with client and key stakeholders
  • Help in building the Strategy delivery capability with high quality people, training and coaching
  • Develop, lead and manage sales opportunities, across the whole lifecycle 
  • Design and execute analyses on clients’ problems and markets to validate key hypotheses
