Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Cost Manager/QS

The Cost Manager - Mechanical & Electrical (QS M&E) will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects with the desired project objectives.

The roles and responsibilities include:

• Manage and oversee a Mechanical & Electrical QS team
• Pre-tender and tender duties
• Taking off and measurements
• Preparation of BQs, tender documents and tender pricing
• Attending tender interviews with the client if necessary.
• Post contract administrative work, e.g. manage variations, valuations
• Project close out
