Qualification:

BE Civil/M.Tech Structure Engineering with related 3-12 years’ experience  in Revit Modelling, Coordination of Structures

Technical:

1. Experienced in deveoping the BIM executiomn plan for the project.

2. Experienced in setting up the project based on BEP, BIM Standard and BIM Best practices.

3. Experienced in understanding bid and preparing of Bid considering the automation possible.

4. Consistent attention to development of technical competencies of self and team through conducting the necessary training.

5. Working knowledge of standard codes and EDMS (Electronic Data Management System).

6. Experienced in identifying the area of automation and developing the automation.

7. Leading a team of 2-3 staff and getting the desired BIM output thoroughly closely engaging with the team.

8. Commitment to deliver consistently high quality output.

9. Experience in Dynamo scripting is additional advantage.
