The Proposal Coordinator supports the Engineering Services Proposal Team to coordinate and develop RFP-compliant, competitive, and quality marketing proposals and statements of qualification. This hybrid position reports to the Manager, Proposal Management Services.

This role will be based in Toronto, ON.

Your role within the Team:

• Works independently on low-complexity proposals and assists Proposal Managers on complex, strategic bids.
• Takes active role in proposal document production like resumes and project descriptions.
• Provide fundamental CRM/BWS queries.
• Under the guidance of the Proposal Manager, support the overall pursuit process (Engineering Services Canada proposal development process) to enhance proposal content.
• Lay out and format proposals and other marketing material using the standard template.
• Coordinate and help produce, package, and track the proposal for delivery, ensuring that proposal submission deadlines are always achieved including assisting in closeout process.
• Perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant field, with minimum 3 years relevant experience including involvement in the proposal process.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite along with excellent written and spoken English, ability to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and narrative flow.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Teamwork and communications abilities to work with many people at all levels to coordinate assignments and assemble necessary documents on a strict client deadline.
• Availability to work a hybrid schedule (remote / in-office)
