Application Process

By applying for this position, you will be considered for an opportunity in the Graduate Development Program. Please note that this is a multi-week recruitment process. Each application is carefully analyzed by a recruiter. Phone interviews will then be carried out with the candidates selected for the group, video interviews with a smaller number of candidates will follow. We will be able to confirm hires as soon as we obtain the confirmation of the number of positions available per group. Finally, new graduates will have the chance to integrate into their team before the start of the scheduled program in November of each year.

Our experience spans the entire lifecycle of infrastructure, whether it is the design, construction, operation, maintenance or repair of railways, roads, highways, bridges, ports and airports, as well as their related infrastructure. We offer integrated and multidisciplinary technical expertise to design, build, and operate new transportation infrastructure and maintain existing structures so that they remain in safe operation.

How you will contribute?

As a graduate (E.I.T. or Technical) within the Transportation group, you will join the project teams for engineering, design and project management of various system and infrastructure. Among other things, you could be responsible for establishing design criteria, the design itself, analysis of plans and specifications, design calculations, drafting, reports, field work, as well as the interdisciplinary follow-ups necessary for the successful completion of projects.

Requirements 

  • Have completed a either a technical or university diploma in electrical engineering from a Canadian school within the last 12 months;
