We are seeking a skilled and motivated OCS Site Engineer to join our team in Manila, Philippines. This position is open to candidates from India, provided they are willing to relocate.

Mission Statement

An OCS (Overhead Contact System) engineer designs, produces, and provides technical leadership for rail systems projects.

What will you do?

Main Accountabilities

• Design: Designing traction electrification and overhead contact systems
• Production: Producing components for traction electrification and overhead contact systems
• Technical leadership: Providing technical leadership for rail systems projects

Site responsibilities

• Safety: Overseeing safety protocols and ensuring safe working conditions 
• Communication: Liaising with clients, installation engineers, and project engineers 
• Materials: Monitoring the provision of materials and ensuring quality of workmanship 
• Drawings: Reviewing civil drawings and technical designs for accuracy 
• Construction: Managing parts of construction projects, overseeing construction work, and setting out sites, preparing method statements, managing sub-contractors; work progress
• Supervision: Supervising contracted staff and human resources 
• Technical advice: Acting as a technical adviser for subcontractors, crafts people, and operatives 

Education & Skills Required:

• B.E. with 10+ years of related experience.

• Required Experience: Predominantly with the railway electrification projects (Metro and Main line)

• Customer Exposure: He should have handled directly with the customer

• Any Special Skills: Knowledge and skills in OCS (Overhead contact systems)
