Job Responsibilities

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for the piping engineering coordinator & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food, agrifood and any of Industrial processing area but not limited to:

• Review and analysis of regulatory requirement.
• Basis of Design / General Mechanical Drawings / Outline Specifications.
• Loads calculations / Pump sizing.
• Piping stress calculations (for Process, Chill water, cooling, heating and steam networks).
• Equipment Layout.
• Systems diagrams and P&IDs.
• Date sheet of equipment.
• Bill of Materials Take off / 3D modelling.
• Review and Developing the Detailed Piping Engineering.
• Review shop drawings and execute TBE of vendor or sub-contractor.
• Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures.
• Coordinate, oversee and supervise the Site Construction Work and liaison with site generalcontractor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5~ +10 years’ experience in the mechanical engineering
• AutoCAD experience is must.
• Good hand-on skill with 3D Modeling tools such as Revit, PDMS or other Piping 3D Model tool, etc.
• Additional Knowledge of 3D Design Software is added value.
• Preferred Good knowledge of GMP or pharmaceuticals regulated environment (USFDA and EMEA regulations) and industrial standard.
• Thorough Knowledge of Korea Code and local legislative regulations / International codes regulations.
• Added value in having past work experience in the multicultural team environment.
• English – Fluent written & oral
• Korean - Fluent written & oral
