Responsibilities:

• Technical responsibility for engineering design delivery.
• Undertake peer design reviews on projects.
• Review calculations, drawings, specifications on projects.
• Project Management and Design Management of our consultancy services, delivering projects to time and to budget.
• Management and technical development of our capabilities and individual Engineers.
• Co-ordination, collaboration and management of other discipline inputs into projects.
• Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and work winning / bidding activities.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Corporate Member of HKIE(Civil/Structural)/ICE/IStructE.
• A minimum of 5-8 years' post-chartered experience.
• Must have relevant design experience in building or infrastructure projects including foundation, RC structures and structural steelwork.
• Experience in long-span steelwork design, including Detailed Connection Design, Staged Analysis, and BIM (Revit) is preferred.
• Good communication skill in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred.
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Principal Engineer.
