Project Director– Commercial Office Development

• Project Location – Hong Kong  
• Has 15 to 20 years of experience in the development and construction of Grade A commercial buildings in Hong Kong, including demolition and / or redevelopment.  
• Technically and professionally qualified in Building, Civil Engineering and / or Architecture
• Conversant in Hong Kong building law / code and project management / construction management best practice
• Owner side and Consultancy experience would be a benefit, but not essential
• Able to operate independently and as a trusted advisor to the Client
• Excellent command of written and oral English is essential.
• Cantonese language skills would be a benefit, but not essential
