Responsible for
getting vendors to fill in the correct SPIR form.
Correcting doc subtypes in the vendor document list to reflect that doc is a spares form
Reviewing the spares forms for completeness -not necessarily for deciding which spares are offered. However, he/ she should performing some analysis to ensure the right spares are being offered
Updating the global asset spares database
Getting client to determine which spares to buy
Raising site requisition for spares
Liasing with warehousing to ensure they are separated out and topped up when used by construction.
Managing the handover of spares (by warehouse people)
