Responsibilities
-Under supervision, observes the work of contractors involved in the construction of projects. Incumbents do not supervise any activities and are not responsible for job site safety 

-Performs non-manual field work in support of company's construction management operations. Applies conventional
field observation practices in diversified construction projects with relatively few highly complex features.

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

-5-8 years construction experience, preferably within MEP

-Good math, computer, communications and organization skills
-May be required to have certification in nuclear density, aggregate, concrete and asphalt testing or other applicable area
