**Overview:**
As the Cybersecurity, IT, and App Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the cybersecurity, information technology, and application development teams within the organization. This role involves ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of IT systems and applications, as well as managing the development and maintenance of software applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Cybersecurity Management:**
   - Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
   - Oversee the monitoring and protection of organizational assets against cybersecurity threats.
   - Coordinate incident response and recovery efforts in the event of a security breach.

2. **IT Infrastructure Management:**
   - Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
   - Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.
   - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize IT infrastructure.

3. **Application Development:**
   - Lead the planning, development, and deployment of software applications.
   - Oversee the software development life cycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.
   - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize application requirements.

4. **Team Leadership:**
   - Build and lead high-performing teams in cybersecurity, IT, and application development.
   - Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
   - Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

5. **Project Management:**
   - Manage and prioritize projects within the cybersecurity, IT, and app development domains.
   - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.

6. **Compliance and Risk Management:**
   - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in cybersecurity and software development.
   - Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems and applications.

7. **Vendor Management:**
   - Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring effective service delivery.
   - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to meet organizational needs.

8. **Strategic Planning:**
   - Contribute to the development of IT and cybersecurity strategies aligned with organizational goals.
   - Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

**Requirements:**

1. **Educational Background:**
   - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

2. **Experience:**
   - 10-15 years experience in cybersecurity, IT management, and application development.
   - Proven track record of leading successful teams and projects.

3. **Technical Skills:**
   - Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and practices.
   - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software development methodologies.

4. **Leadership Skills:**
   - Excellent leadership and people management skills.
   - Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

5. **Communication Skills:**
   - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
   - Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

6. **Project Management:**
   - Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

7. **Analytical and Strategic Thinking:**
   - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
   - Ability to align IT and cybersecurity initiatives with broader business strategies.

8. **Certifications:**
   - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or others are a plus.
