Faithful+Gould is looking to recruit a high calibre Project Manager for its Project & Programme Management Team based in Warrington. The successful candidate will join a succesful and established team of project and programme management practitioners. 

You will play a central role within the team, working alongside senior colleagues to develop and implement our business strategy across the North West market sectors.

You  will have a proven track record in delivering effective and efficient project management services to Public Sector clients in the North West, ideally with a focus on Further or Higher Education.  You will show a commitment to continuous improvement through learning and development and help to develop new business opportunities as you broaden your experience and deepen your client understanding.  You will be eager to make a positive contribution  to our business by leading and supporting initiatives to ensure that we achieve our strategic objectives.



 
Key Atrributes
• Recent experience in leading public sector development projects as Project Manager would be highly desirable.
• A highly motivated and collaborative Project Management Practitioner, experienced in delivering best in class projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the skills to proactively lead multi disciplinary project teams.
• The ability to articulate an awareness of construction industry, particularly challenges faced by public sector clients and a desire to actively support business development activities and contribute to team development.

Requirements
•  You should have a relevant construction qualification and be a professional member of a recognised professional institution (MRICS or MAPM).
•  A positive and innovative approach and the ability to work on own initiative
•  Experience of building positive Client relationships and business networks.
•  Experience of leading multi-discipline teams & delivering successful projects through a recognised project management methodology
•  Sound technical project management knowledge demonstrating established experience and aptitude.
•  Experience of administering standard UK building contracts (NEC and JCT forms) and ability to advise on appropriate procurement routes
•  Thorough understanding of Health Safety and Environmental legislation relevant to the business within the UK construction industry.
•  Committed to ongoing personal development.
