Job Description:

1. Under the direction of the senior/principal designer, play a critical role in projects for design development and project management.

2. Develop urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images.

3. Evaluate, select, and apply standard urban design techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.

4. Develop design in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope.

5. Develop innovative design solutions responding the concept and effectively addressing the social, legal, and economic implications of the physical form.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years post-graduate experience as an Urban Designer, Architect or Landscape Architect.

2. Bachelor/Master of Architecture, Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning/Design.

3. Expertise in Adobe Design CS, AutoCAD, and Sketchup or Rhino, ArcGIS is preferred.

4. Strong attention to detail.

5. Excellent organizational skills.

6. Fluency in both English and Chinese required.
