The position of Recruitment Advisor reports directly to the Recruitment Manager. You will be responsible for the sourcing, selection and onboarding of Engineering / Commissioning and Training professionals to Commissioning & Start Up Services agreement with PDO. This position is based in KSA office and involves close work with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, PROs and other key stakeholders as required, to complete the on boarding process.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process while maintaining all compliance requirements.
  • Understand the business to effectively execute sourcing, recruitment and selection, to support business hiring needs.
  • Proactively talent pool and pipeline talent to maintain up to date talent pools and maximize the efficiency and timeliness of recruitment.
  • Continually educate hiring community of recruitment and HR processes while demonstrating the value of working within the recruitment framework allowing for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement effective and innovative techniques for identifying new talent including: internet searches, social media, referrals, cold-calling and networking.
  • Responsible for achieving established yearly objectives and performance metrics.
  • Advise and suggest innovative solutions in regard sourcing techniques and process improvements to enhance and continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Actively participate in weekly recruitment meetings with the Project team.
  • Take lead in generating awareness about SNC-Lavalin in the market via social media, networking and other innovative methods.
  • Manage high volume of requisitions and changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a full 360 recruiter in the Middle East, ideally from an organization in the Engineering and Construction industry with project oriented experience. Some internal Recruitment experience preferred,  but not essential.
  • Looking for Saudi Nationals for this role.
  • Excellent relationship management with a focus on delivering value added client experience with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability in attracting new talent and managing candidate pipelines within the Infrastructure or Construction sectors.
  • Previous experience working within fast-paced, dynamic, direct recruit methods and hiring processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills in English – Arabic is an asset.
  • Self-starter and able to work in a team environment or independently as required.
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities and be able to manage time appropriately
  • A person who brings a positive and high-energy approach to getting things done with a mature approach to problem solving.
  • Knowledge of working on MS Office Software, LinkedIn Recruiter. Any knowledge or experience with Workday is highly desirable
  • A University degree in Human Resources or Business-related area of study is a preference.
