WE’RE HIRING, AND WE’D LIKE TO MEET YOU

ATKINS, part of the SNC-Lavalin Group, is recruiting for a variety of Transportation roles and disciplines across the North West. On Wednesday 22nd May we will be hosting a recruitment open evening in Manchester with keynote speakers and influential people from the business. It’s an opportunity to meet your future team members and claim your place on some of the today’s world-changing Transportation and Infrastructure projects.

The transport infrastructure sector is experiencing unprecedented levels of investment and our business is playing a lead role in projects such as high-speed rail, designing major new road & highways schemes and upgrading our existing transport networks to deliver future demand. Our consultants are working with government and local authorities to develop integrated transport strategies to ensure the urban areas we live in continue to thrive.

And we’re already meeting fast growing demands for innovation and technology, from breakthroughs in transport to making VR part of the delivery process. When it comes to the competition, we are more agile, more responsive and more effective.

SHAPE THE FUTURE WITH US

Join a business that works on high-profile projects with forward-thinking clients. We are a diverse mix of people from all backgrounds and life-stages, from fresh apprentices and graduates, right up to long-serving employees with invaluable knowledge. With a truly multi-disciplinary and collaborative approach, you’ll discover an energetic environment where you can rise to your next challenge. With a goal to be a truly inclusive employer, we’re pursuing improvements for all underrepresented groups and promoting a more inclusive culture for everyone in the ATKINS family. We’ve also signed Time to Change, pledging to smash the stigma around mental health by talking about it and guiding behaviour across all levels of our business. We’re already an industry leader when it comes to supporting employees with out-of-work commitments, like mum and dads, athletes and reservists. We offer:

• Great flexible working choices

• Option to buy up to 15 days extra holiday a year

• Two days a year #givingback as a volunteer

Our offices in Manchester, Warrington, Leeds & Sheffield are accessible to all main transport links, plus with regular trains to the North East, the Midlands, the South and Scotland, it makes this region an ideal location to work and live. Plus, connections are excellent for weekend breaks to the Lake District, Peak District and the Yorkshire Dales.
