The Atkins Returners Programme is back for 2021

As part of this diversity, we are currently recruiting talented candidates through our Returners Programme, aimed at experienced Architects who now wish to return to work after an extended career break of typically 2 years more, who are either economically inactive or now working in lower paid, temporary or part-time roles. Our 6-month Returners programme will help you to ease back into work in a safe and structured manner and help you to rebuild your professional Architecture career from relevant previous expertise and experiences.
Atkins develops individuals through a portfolio of training and development courses that are designed to help you make the best of your abilities and talent, so rather than provide a conventionally structured, one-size-fits-all approach to relaunch your career, you will be given the opportunity to gain support from coaching, your line manager, project or subject mentor, to participate in training courses in accordance with your development plan and to build your expertise whilst working projects within our client-embedded teams.
